Can I have a refund?
Bella Donna Boutique will only refund an item if the item received is faulty or an incorrect item has been supplied. Refunds will only be provided where the item is returned to us within 14 days, is in a saleable condition with all labels attached, and in its original packaging. Details of how to return an incorrect or damaged item is provided below.
Note: We do not provide refunds for sale items, and for hygiene reasons we do not provide refunds on earrings, swimwear or lingerie where hygiene seals have been removed.
What do I do if I’ve received a faulty item?
We’re very sorry to hear you’ve received a faulty item. Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and some images of the issue. We will then contact you to discuss resolving this as quickly as possible for you.
How long do I have to return an item?
At Bella Donna Boutique we want you to be happy with the item you have purchased from us, we just ask that:
- You return your items to Bella Donna Boutique within 14 days of delivery. Should you return an item after this time, you will only be eligible for a credit note. The decision to issue a credit note will be made on an individual basis.
- We ask that the items are unworn and unwashed.
- Items must have all tags still attached.
- Pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie which come with a hygiene seal, the seal must still be attached.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors and not show any sign of wear.
- We are unable to accept returned items which have been marked by makeup, false tan, or creams, and we ask that care is taken when trying your purchased items on.
- Items with a security label and/or ribbon on cannot be returned if the label and/or ribbon have been removed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. It is also important that you are aware that the cost of returning any items to Bella Donna Boutique must be paid by the customer.
How do I return an Item?
Before sending your item back to us we ask you to contact us by emailing email@example.com with the reason why you are returning the item.

You can post your parcel to us at the address on our Contact page.
Please use a tracked service to send the parcel when returning it to us.
You must ensure to obtain your proof of postage in case your parcel is lost on its return back to us. If you do not have your proof of postage.
Bella Donna Boutique cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.
How do I track my return?
You can find out when your return arrived back to Bella Donna Boutique by entering the barcode/ tracking number from your return postage receipt. You can track your parcel through the Royal Mail please visit here. Once your return has reached us, please allow seven working days for it to be processed. We will send you an email confirmation to let you know when this has been done.
Where is my refund?
We try our very best to process all returns ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to seven working days for your return to be processed once your parcel has been received by us. Once everything has been processed, we will send you an email containing the details of you refund. Please be aware that it can take your bank a further 2 – 10 days for the refund to appear back in your account, depending on the card issuer.
